In-Store Pickup is currently available Mon-Fri 10-6pm and Sat-Sun 10a-5p

What is the cut-off time for DELIVERY?
All orders received by 2:00 pm are eligible for same day DELIVERY.
What is the cut-off time for INSTORE PICKUP?
All orders received by 4:00 pm are eligible for same day INSTORE PICKUP.
What if I place my order after the cut-off time?
All In-Store Pickup orders placed after 4:00 pm will be available for pickup the following day, starting at 10:00 am.
How long does it take to process my order?
In-Store Pickup orders are completed within 2 hours of receiving. We will contact all customers as soon as their orders are ready. Customers must wait for this email confirmation before picking up their orders. Once notified, customers may pick up their orders any time during our normal store hours.
What can I buy online?
Not all items are available online for In-Store Pickup. If you don't see what you want or need, no worries, we still have it in the store! Please email Brittany@UrbanPooch.com to request specific items that may not be listed in our online store.

How much does In-Store Pickup cost?
Our In-Store Pickup service is FREE. Customers simply pay for their items, with no additional fees applied.
How do I order?
All orders must be placed on our website, https://shop.urbanpooch.com. Please select In-Store Pickup during checkout.
Do my online orders qualify for your Belly Rewards Program and Astro Loyalty Program?
Absolutely! Please set up your online account using the SAME name and email address that you use for your Belly Rewards Program. Then we will make sure your points are accurately tracked in our system and applied to your account. They'll be ready and waiting for you to use the next time you shop in the store. However, they will not appear in your online account at this time.
